At 18 stories tall, Nutrien Tower is the highest office tower in the province. It stands next to it’s, 13 storey sister tower, River Landing East located along the South Saskatchewan River in beautiful, Downtown Saskatoon.

Nutrien Tower was awarded the Rick Hansen Accessibility certification for going beyond building code standards. All signage throughout the building has braille and all corridors were made extra wide for those with limited mobility. River landing East has been given a LEED® Gold Certification.

CP, once again, was proud to be a partner alongside Ledcor in the construction of these towers. CP provided the doors, frames, hardware, washroom accessories, toilet partitions, high speed roll up doors, bike racks, lockers, floor mats, mailboxes, and auto door operators.

The doors and hardware were installed using CP’s Pre-Finish / Pre-Assemble program.
